Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy covers the Arrowhealth website, arrowhealth.io, run by Arrowhealth Bridge Inc. in Lehi, Utah (“Arrowhealth”, “we”). It explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it.
It doesn’t cover the Bridge product, which has its own privacy policy. Patient and clinic information handled through Bridge is governed by our agreements with the organizations that use it, including business associate agreements where HIPAA applies. Our Security page describes how Bridge handles that information.
What we collect
When you give us your email address. The forms on the site ask only for your email address. With it, we record the page you sent it from, your browser’s user agent, your IP address and the time. We use them to follow up with you and to keep automated spam out.
When you visit. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs of requests, including IP addresses, for operating and securing the site.
We also use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found the site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, the page that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. It doesn’t receive your email address or anything else you type into a form. You can block or clear its cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works the same without them.
We don’t use advertising tools, and we don’t use Google Analytics for advertising.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up about Arrowhealth.
- To keep the site and the forms working and free of abuse.
- To see which pages are useful and how people find the site.
We don’t sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run the site for us, and only for that purpose:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts the site and stores what you send us, in the United States.
- Google Analytics receives the visit details described above and gives us reports on how the site is used.
- Slack carries a notification to our team when you submit a form: your email address, the page and the time.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used inside the product demo. On pages that show the demo, your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address. The site’s own typefaces are served from the site.
We’ll also disclose information if the law requires it, and it would transfer to a successor if Arrowhealth were acquired or merged.
The product demo on the site runs a mock EHR in its own frame, hosted on Firebase. Everything in it is invented, and nothing you do in it is sent to us. That frame may keep a demo sign-in in your browser’s storage; it identifies a demo account, not you.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and the details sent with it while we’re in touch with you, and delete them when you ask. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period under its own policies. Google Analytics keeps visit details for 14 months, then deletes them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to info@arrowhealth.io. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is for businesses, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and the sources cited in our articles. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and its effective date. If a change matters to people who have already given us their email address, we’ll tell them.
