Your service runs inside the chart they already have open

Bridge is the frame. Everything the physician sees inside it is yours.

  1. Your brand

Your name and your colors. Physicians see you, not us.

  2. Your rules

You decide what shows, when and for whom. Your rules run on the open chart, and you stay quiet otherwise.

  3. Your panel

A referral, an enrollment, a care-gap prompt or your entire platform, already knowing the patient in front of the physician.

  4. Their EHR

Bridge runs on top of the EHR they already use, with no interface build and no wait for the EHR vendor.

Patient data stays between the clinic and you

Your app does its work inside the physician's browser, and nothing leaves until the physician acts.

Your rules run in the physician's session

Bridge hands the open chart to your app in the browser. Your app decides what to show without sending anything.

The record goes straight to you

When the physician refers or submits, the record goes from their browser to your backend, not through ours.

Our servers never hold patient data

Bridge's backend handles sign-in, settings and health checks. It has no patient data store.

Questions buyers ask first

Will physicians actually use it?
One install, one sign-in, silent until a patient qualifies.
What does the clinic have to do?
Install the Bridge extension on each workstation, in Chrome or Edge, and sign in once. Clinics that manage browsers centrally can deploy it by policy. There is no interface to build on their side.
Does patient data go through Arrowhealth?
Bridge doesn't send it to us. It reads the chart in the physician's browser and hands it to your app, which sends what it needs to your own backend. Our servers handle sign-in, configuration and health checks. The security page has the detail.
Can we use the app we already have?
Usually, with modest changes. A web app can run in the panel beside the chart; the SDK hands it the open chart and the physician's sign-in. We'll tell you what it takes on the first call.
What if our EHR isn't listed?
Bridge works in browser-based EHRs. 38 are mapped today, listed here, and mapping a new one is our work, not yours. Tell us which one.

Bring us the problem. We'll show you the workflow.

In 20 minutes we'll show a use case like yours in the EHR workflow, and what it takes to get yours there. Shortly after, we'll set you up with a working demo you can install and use yourself.
